If you are not 100% satisfied with your Ridge purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within 99 days of purchase. We offer free returns + exchanges and will provide you with a Prepaid Royal Mail label. To submit a request, please use our Returns Portal.

Your order number is the seven-digit number that begins withRUKincluded in your Order and Shipping Confirmation emails. It is also located on your order's packing slip.

Some Additional Returns Information!
Returns must be unused and in the condition you received them. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue your approved refund via the original payment method. We cannot change the payment method to redirect refunds to other accounts.
Customized Wallets can not be returned and are non-refundable. Customized Wallets are only available for purchase on our United States site at this time.
For all approved exchanges, we process your free domestic return shipping label and will ship your new order free of charge.
All return labels provided by Ridge are digital. Ridge is not responsible for providing a physical return label.
We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records. If we can verify the order was dropped off with a receipt and the order is lost, we will take responsibility and honor the return or exchange.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Additional Return shipping costs are non-refundable. A return is only authorized using a Ridge pre-paid Return Label.
All returns must be from a verified ridgewallet.co.uk order. The Ridge does not offer returns on items purchased outside of ridgewallet.co.uk. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
Please remove all non-Ridge items from your return. Ridge is not responsible for returning these to you, and non-Ridge items will be disposed of.
Orders with a processed warranty claim are not eligible for return.
