How do I apply for a role at Ridge?

What happens after I apply?
Our People Team reviews every application. If your profile is shortlisted, we’ll reach out to schedule the next steps and guide you through the process.

What does Ridge’s interview process look like?
Our interview process varies by role, but generally begins with an initial conversation about your background, skills, and culture fit. Depending on the position, you may go through 3–5 stages, which can include team interviews and case studies.
During your first call, we’ll outline the full process so you know exactly what to expect.
You can expect the hiring process to last 2-3 weeks depending on peak periods as well as holidays.

Where are Ridge’s offices located?
Our headquarters is in Santa Monica, California, but we operate as a global remote-first company.
Do I need to live in a specific country to apply?
No. Unless a role specifies location requirements, you can apply from anywhere.
Do you sponsor visas or relocation?
Not at this time. For U.S.-based positions, you’ll need to already be authorized to work in the United States.

Do you offer flexible working hours?
Yes. You’re trusted to manage your schedule in the way that helps you perform best. We generally keep meetings within core hours of 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST, and working hour expectations may vary depending on the role.
Are there team events or company retreats?
Yes. We host an annual company-wide retreat and smaller team meetups to connect in person.
Do Ridge employees get product perks?
Absolutely. You’ll receive Ridge products during onboarding and can continue to order products through our employee product policy.
