Durable and just what I needed for my platinum wallet
I've had my Ridge wallet for years and my money clip recently broke on one side and I really didn't want to get a new wallet considering this one was perfect for me. I contacted customer service to explain my situation and they were so accommodating to my needs. They agreed to replace the clip for free. I was sent a new clip, a tool to replace it along with extra screws just in case. What a great company.
I recently ordered a new strap and screws for my Ridge wallet. The process could not of gone smoother. This is a first class company with world- class products. I wish every company was as easy to do business with as Ridge. I’ll be a long time customer.
