I bought this sling back in May. It has been my go to ever since. But the webbing where the straps attaches is fraying and pulling away from the seam. Ridge was wonderful addressing the problem and previously a solution.
The customer support was great.

Love it! Actually, there's nothing that Rige has made that I haven't been disappointed with any of their products. I’ve been a loyal customer for some years, and I have a lot of their products. Plus, if you’re not satisfied with any of their products or if something happens you have 99 days to return.
They work with you. The sling is a nice size especially to take into venues, different concert places, or arenas don’t allow large bags or they allow clear bags at least it’s a size bag that you can take inside these types of establishments.
