I have a ridge wallet that I received as gift 5 years ago. I tend to over stuff it and the elastic worn out. Ridge sent me new elastic, clip, and torx driver to repair it in just a few days. Really appreciate the customer service.
I have had my Ridge wallet for years and can’t say enough good things about it. After 4-5 years I wanted to get a new cash strap. The customer service was great and I cant recommend this wallet enough. I had one of the traditional wallets for decades and it was starting to hurt. This disappears in my pocket and don’t think about it till I need it.
Doubles as a money clip, looks great. Might want to engrave your airtag when you order it or it’s a big white disk. Nice addition.
I'm pleased to say that ridge stands behind it's products and the replacement straps are just like the original and gave new life to my already great wallet.
Bought for my husband not certain how he would like this wallet. He threw the old one away. He is very pleased.
