Complimentary Replacement

I am very pleased with the customer service I received. I entered a claim for a problem with my key case. The wire ring broke. I was expecting a repair kit. Instead I received a new key case.

Warranty Replacement for Forged Ember Key Case

I give 4 stars because it took longer than expected to get a confirmation but after they did i received a replacement within a week. Very happy to have my key case back as it's a part of my daily carry.
