Customer Service

This was my third purchase. I bought one wallet, then a 2nd one to see which I liked better. Kept the black titanium, returned the Navy, and ordered the red screws to accent the black. I'm very impressed with the communication post-order. I never had to guess at the process stage. Also, the return of the Navy wallet was as smooth as it could be, and the refund was prompt. Definitely in the top tier of customer service I've experienced.

Great with the gold wallet!

The Gold Screws make the Gold Wallet look that much better. My only wish is that it contained at least 2 extras.
