I’m so grateful to have discovered RIDGE brand. I purchased a wedding band for my fiancé (now husband) a few months back but we unfortunately got robbed traveling across the Southern states to our new location and our jewelry (including our wedding bands) were all stolen with his vehicle. I was so devastated because our wedding was in less than 4wks. I didn’t realize that RIDGE had a warranty in place to cover lost or damaged items. I put in a claim and they understood our situation and replaced it for us. It wasn’t the original style (Damascus steel) due to its popularity, but we were so relieved to have his ring replaced with another quality ring from RIDGE just in time for the big day. Thank You! Originally got a larger ring and tried it for a while but it was too big. The exchange process was easy, got a smaller ring sent and it fits great. Like the look and it seems like a high quality ring so far!
My fiancé and I are in love with this ring! It has nice weight to it and feels such high quality. It’s also so nice to have a silicone option as he works with his hands every day and we don’t want to damage the metal ring. The case is also very nice. We are very happy with our purchase :)
