The Replacement Elastic -Money Clip is the elastic for the main compartment and is intended for the money clip version of The Ridge Wallet.
The Replacement Elastic -Cash Strap is the elastic for the main compartment and has an extra length of elastic that goes on the outside of the wallet, intended for the Cash Strap version of The Ridge Wallet.

The replacement elastics are compatible with every version of our wallets.
For example you can install the cash strap elastic on a wallet with a money clip, and have both. Or vice versa if you would like nothing on your wallet, you can swap the cash strap elastic for the money clip elastic. -

Great utility!
I have recently switched out my worn cash strap for a money clip, and shortly thereafter purchased a QuickDraw. These changes instantly improved the ease with which I can use my wallet; my debit card is my go-to method of payment, so having it at-the-ready, at the tip of my finger (literally) makes payments very easy.
By the same token, having the money clip makes handling cash and debit receipts (yes, I still use them) much easier, since I don't have to lift the strap (a small "skill" that is to be learned, and which I'm not always the best at).
With these two changes, my Ridge has become even easier and more satisfying to use. I think a similarly-featured edition should be offered right out of the starting gate, IMHO.
