I needed to replace my elastic bands on my wallet, they were frayed and coming apart. I submitted a warranty claim and was promplty taking care of. I recevieved the parts needed, repaired my wallet in about 10 minutes. Piece of Cake!
Bought the Carbon Fiber wallet at the end of 2020 and love it! The elastic finally wore out after about 5 years of daily carry so I bought the replacement. The product is amazing, it makes my wallet feel brand new.
On another note, customer support rocks! I mistakenly bought the replacement elastic for the money clip and they sent me the correct one at no charge. I will definitely be buying more from Ridge.
