Quality is 5 star, LOVE the rings!!! But the customer service is 10 star!! First order came in within a week, the size was wrong.. the exchange process super easy!!! Went on line and filled out the form, 30seconds later I had the return label and the correct size was shipped the next day!! Thank you Ridge!!!
