Blown away

I lost 3 screws out of my wallet and emailed Ridge to see if they could send me some replacement screws. A few days later they emailed me back stating they would send me a new wallet if I wanted it. I was expecting a fight just to get the screws. I couldn't believe their response. I picked the wallet I wanted and received the new wallet in the mail 3 days later. By far the best customer service I've ever dealt with from any company. I am extremely grateful
