I am ecstatic to write about my amazing experience! I accidentally ordered the wrong size ring for my fiancé. Not only did they spare our two free lifetime replacements by sending me the correct size completely free, but they also sent me a REALLY nice pen since I had to wait a little longer for the correct ring. All you office girlies get having nice pens… lol! All that to say, my Rep, Neelima was a rockstar. I will be sending everyone I know that’s getting married to Ridge. Very well made and polished wedding band. Had to have ring I had worn for 35 years cut off at ER because of injury and waiting now for swelling to go down so I can wear this new ring.
