We received an excellent product, and they immediately fixed a small issue above and beyond expectations to be sure we received the best service possible. Rings come with heavy meaning, and I truly believe this company does everything to be sure they don’t taint the meaning of a wedding band by ensuring the best experience possible getting one from them. This is a company with honor and solid products.
Originally ordered a size 9.5, wore it for a bit. It was too big, returned it with no issue and changed for a size 9 and it fits perfect. Love the ring great quality
My husband loves these rings. He likes how light they are compared to his heavier ring. He prefers to wear this ring for daily use and then his heavier wedding band only on special occasions or getting dressed. The customer service is fantastic as we have already had to use the warranty once since my husband is an expert at losing his wedding bands.
