I needed new elastic bands for my ridge wallet. Submitting a warranty request and receiving new parts was a breeze. Thanks much Ridge, and I love my wallet. Safest way to carry credit cards and cash. Plus when you add an air tag like I have you can always find it!!! Ask me how I know?
